Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any technical issues with your file, or if the download link is corrupted, please contact us immediately at achmaddickyadf@gmail.com. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
Eligibility for Support and Replacements
To be eligible for a product replacement or technical support, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a support ticket or request a replacement file, you can contact us at achmaddickyadf@gmail.com. Please note that because our products are digital, you do not need to send any physical items back to a return address.
Items or requests sent to us without prior communication or past the 30-day mark may not be accommodated.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your digital download or access link upon reception. Contact us immediately if the file is defective, corrupted, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you the correct, functional file.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are strictly exempt from any form of refund or replacement:

Digital products that have already been fully downloaded or accessed (unless verified as corrupted/defective).

Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.

Custom or personalized digital products once the creation process has already begun.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the digital content is purchased by a resident of the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without justification.
However, please note: By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal and refund once the download link has been accessed or the digital file has been delivered to you. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you may request a cancellation within 14 days by contacting us at achmaddickyadf@gmail.com.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved by our team (e.g., a double payment or an un-accessed accidental purchase), we will notify you via email.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
